Announcing a New Chapter for Teresa Si Couture!

We are delighted to share some exciting behind-the-scenes news from the atelier of Teresa Si Couture, one that marks a bold and creative leap for our brand.

We are thrilled to reveal that Teresa Si Couture has officially joined the production team of the upcoming short film Socrates’s Chair, currently in production in West London. This new collaboration represents more than just wardrobe: it is the merging of couture craft and cinematic storytelling, a chance to bring our artistry to life not only in the light of runway or red-carpet, but on screen as part of a narrative, within characters, and woven into a director’s vision

The film is written, directed by, and stars seasoned British actor Paul McNeilly, an artist whose career spans decades and dozens of memorable roles, including appearances in Friday Night Dinner, Merlin, Taggart, and the BAFTA- and RTS-winning drama Our Friends in the North.

McNeilly’s rich background — from gritty television to theatre and independent film — signals an intention for depth, nuance, and authenticity. In bringing Teresa Si Couture aboard, he opens space to shape characters not only through words and action, but through fabric, silhouette, and subtle detail.

We are elated to be contributing to this project and look forward to seeing it come to life.
